WRFA 107.9 FM will once again present the candidates who are participating in contested races for the 2025 Jamestown City Council elections in a special Meet the Candidates forum, scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025 at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts' Multimedia Studio.
All candidates who appear in the ballot in contested races have been invited to attend with the following being able to participate in the forum:

At Large (3 Seats open)

Note: Ward 1 incumbent Brent Sheldon (R), Ward 2 incumbent and current city council president Tony Dolce (R), and Ward 6 incumbent Andrew Faulkner (R) are running unopposed and as a result, will not appear in the forum.
The forum will take place at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts inside the 3rd Floor Multimedia Room.
Candidates will have the opportunity to share details about their campaign and platform. WRFA public affairs director Julia Ciesla-Hanley, Media One's Terry Frank, and a representative from the Jamestown Post-Journal will also pose a series of questions for each candidate.
The forum will be broadcast live on WRFA radio (107.9 FM or streaming at www.WRFALP.com/Streaming) and also live streamed on WRFA's Youtube Channel. It will also be broadcast on Media One Radio on a future date.
The forum is intended to help inform voters in Jamestown on each of the candidates prior to Election Day - Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
