Reg Lenna Center for The Arts is at the heart of the arts and cultural district in Jamestown NY. The Reg showcases a wide variety of events including live concerts, movies, ballet, orchestras, gallery shows and more.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No Standing Room, all patrons must have a seat.
Cameras and Recording Devices of any type are not allowed at any events in the Reg Lenna.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks made out to The Reg Lenna CFA.
If you are unable to attend an event, we do not issue refunds or exchanges, however you may donate the value of your ticket back to The Reg earning yourself a tax-deductible donation.

Group ticket prices for 10 or more individuals are available for all Reg Presents events. Contact the Box Office for details.
Gift cards are available in any amount and expire after one year from purchase date. They are for Reg events only, which include any Reg Presents Event and Movies. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or merchandise.
We offer special seating arrangements for patrons with disabilities as well as premium opera box seats. Please inform the Box Office of any special needs when placing your order.
All events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management team. There is no standing room allowed.
As a courtesy to other audience members, please use discretion in bringing a young child to an evening performance. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket and any child attending the theater should be able to sit quietly throughout the performance.
Service dogs are welcome in the theater, please make accommodations with box office for proper seating.
Parking is available directly across the street in the City Parking Ramp for $2. Street parking is also available.
