WRFA-LP 107.9FM General Manager
We are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Station General Manager. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Communications is preferred, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-media broadcasting, communications and/or marketing.
Knowledge of FCC and other federal, state, and local broadcasting regulations. Demonstrated ability in training, coaching, and motivating staff. Essential functions include setting short and long-term monetary goals, leading fundraising programs and underwriting, reaching strategic plan goals, and building relationships with community partners.
All Reg Lenna staff are granted free admittance to all Reg Presents events. Starting salary is between $38,000 and $45,000 and is commensurate with experience, and subject to escalation based on annual review. A competitive benefits package is included with an offer.
